TERMS & CONDITIONS

GENERAL:

Driving License Requirement:
The Renter must possess a valid and current driving license that is appropriate for the type of vehicles
rented.
Additional Driver Fee:
The rental agreement includes one designated driver (the "Primary Driver") specified at the time of
rental.
If the Renter wishes to designate an additional driver (the "Secondary Driver"), an additional fee will be
charged.
Return of Vehicles:
1) The Renter shall return the vehicles on or before the specified return date and time.
2)Late returns may incur additional charges.
Vehicle Inspection:
1) The Renter acknowledges that the rented vehicles were inspected for pre-existing damages before the
rental period commenced.
Any new damages discovered upon the return of the vehicles will be the responsibility of the Renter, and
the cost of repairs will be paid also by the Renter.
Fuel Policy:
1)The rented vehicles will be provided with an almost empty tank of fuel at the beginning of the rental
period.
The Renter acknowledges that they are not required to return the vehicles with any additional fuel
beyond the level provided at the start of the rental period.
In the event that the Renter chooses to add more fuel than necessary, the Owner does not provide
refunds or reimbursements for excess fuel.
Prohibited Activities:
1) The Renter agrees not to use the vehicles for racing, off-road use or any illegal activity.
2) The Renter agrees not to sublease, lend, or otherwise transfer the rented vehicles to any third party
without the written consent of the Owner.
Traffic Violations and Fines:
The Renter acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for any traffic violations, fines, or
penalties incurred during the rental period, including but not limited to:
- Running red lights.
- Parking violations.
- Speeding tickets.
The Renter is responsible for promptly paying any fines received during the rental period and for handling
any related administrative processes.
The Renter agrees to notify the Owner promptly if they receive any traffic violation notices, providing
details of the incident.
Failure to comply with traffic laws and regulations may result in additional charges, and the Renter may
be held responsible for any legal consequences arising from such violations.
Impaired Driving:
1) The Renter acknowledges and agrees that driving any rented vehicle under the influence of alcohol,
drugs, or any other substances that impair judgment and coordination is strictly prohibited. At any time
during the rental period, the Owner and Stuff of Tommy's Rentals reasonably believes that the Renter is
under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substance, Tommy's Rentals reserves the right to:
- Immediately reclaim the rented vehicle without any refund to the Renter.
Loss of Keys, Helmets, and Accessories:
1) The Renter acknowledges that the keys, helmets, and any other accessories provided by the TR are
essential components of the rented vehicles.
2) In the event of the loss, damage, or failure to return any keys, helmets, or accessories, the Renter
agrees to:
- Immediately notify the Owner of the loss or damage.
- Bear the cost of replacement, replacing helmets, or repairing/replacing any other accessories.
-The Renter understands that the replacement cost will be deducted from the security deposit or
charged separately, and any remaining security deposit will be returned to the Lessee.
-If the loss of keys prevents the normal operation of the vehicle, the Renter will be responsible for any
towing or transportation costs incurred by the Owner to remedy the situation.
Accident Responsibility:
In the event of an accident involving the rented vehicles and any other vehicle(s), Tommy's Rentals
agrees to cover the damages to the third-party vehicle(s).
The Renter acknowledges and agrees that they will be held financially responsible for any damages
incurred to the rented vehicles during the accident.
The Renter's financial responsibility includes the repair costs, loss of use, and any related administrative
fees incurred by Tommy's Rentals.
The Renter's responsibility for damages to the rented vehicles is not limited to the security deposit, and
the Renter's may be held liable for additional costs if the damages exceed the security deposit.
The Renter is responsible for notifying Tommy's Rentals and local law enforcement immediately in the
event of an accident.
Theft Coverage:
The Renter acknowledges and understands that Tommy's Rentals does not provide coverage for theft of
the rented vehicles.
In the event of theft, the Renter shall be solely responsible for all costs associated with the recovery,
replacement, or repair of the stolen vehicles.
